The company was founded in late 1988 to serve primarily the healthcare industry. The customers back then were very few and consisted merely of private hospitals buying limited number of products.
Through the years, more products were integrated and new lines of businesses were added targeting new customers and diversifying into the engineering field .

     - Measuring tools.
