The company began over 20 years ago by supplying a limited quantity of medical supplies to small, private hospitals and clinics but has since then grown to encompass products and solutions that cover most (soon to be all) of the medical disciplines for applications in large hospitals, private clinics or home use. Apart from the medical line of products, Alpha-Tech entered the engineering industry more than 10 years ago and has become the market leader for the supply of survey and measurement equipment and tools and is currently expanding its products offerings in that industry. In addition, Alpha-Tech also entered the multimedia industry, primarily providing TV infotainment systems for hotels and resorts. Despite its growth into a vast range of products and services, Alpha-Tech still only represents high quality global brands all of which are currently based in the USA, Europe, Japan, and South Korea. Moreover, the company is ISO 9001:2008 certified for its quality management system.
Alpha-Tech currently employs a team of professionals that provide both product sales and consultancy as well as after-sales service, maintenance and repair. The team members are all properly trained both internally and externally by the represented companies on the products and solutions they sell and service.
